The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our lives—from our careers, to our relationships, and our health. Now more than ever, people may find themselves with increased anxiety, depression, or alcohol and drug use.
You don’t have to hide behind the mask any longer. There are ways you can get help and come out of psychological isolation.
Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety are real, common, and treatable and recovery is possible.
Seeing a mental health professional is not a sign of weakness. If you are experiencing symptoms like excessive sadness, crying spells, anxiety, or anger, consider reaching out to your doctor or a mental health professional like a counselor or therapist.
