MDWFP’s MS Museum of Natural Science. Big feathery fun and special activities for all ages! Meet LIVE turkeys (and a turkey vulture) from Freedom Ranch Outreach, examine turkey feathers under a microscope, investigate "egg-cellent" anatomy, and learn how to conserve turkey populations with MDWFP’s turkey program coordinator Adam Butler! Thanksgiving Day is the day when the staff of the Jackson Zoo traditionally thank the community for their continuing support with FREE ADMISSION for the day. In order to feed the animals, however, we ask that folks make a donation by voting on their favorite zoo mascot and riding the carousel for $2.
