Move and Groove For Kids
Turn up the volume on those speakers and move your body to the rhythm! Dancing is a great way to stay fit while having a ton of fun. Children love dancing, and if they can be a little silly while doing it – that’s an added bonus! Exercising works for some kids, but others simply lose interest or get tired quickly. It is easier to get your child engaged in physical exercises if it brings out the giggles and looks like a game.
Children’s of Mississippi and Kohl’s Fit Kids took it as a challenge and came up with an easy dance routine. These moves are impossible to resist when you hear the music. The best part is dancing doesn’t require any prep and you don’t need a partner to do it (although it’s always more fun with a buddy).
