As an essential business, we have continually made adjustments throughout the course of the pandemic to provide a safe and healthy environment for all.
With nearly 105 locations across 14 states, we’re working in alignment with various state and local governments to ensure that our processes and procedures promote safety for our team members and customers alike. We offer multiple options for our customers to get what they need to care for their beloved pets, including:
- Curbside Pickup at all of our locations, available 7 days a week
- Same Day Delivery at select locations, available 7 days a week, free for orders over $75
- 1-2 day shipping from our website with free shipping on orders over $49
- Socially distanced, in-store shopping experience

The well-being of our customers and their pets has always been the focus of our business. We will continue to adjust as needed to provide an informative, safe and helpful relationship between for our “pack” of employees, our valued customers and their furry family members. We’ve expanded our Same Day Delivery Service and continue to offer Curbside Pick-Up as well as in-store shopping for our customers’ convenience.
