How Table 100 is Creating a New Normal in Fine Dining

Table 100 is an Euro-American restaurant in Flowood, Mississippi. It is well known for its fine-dining experience and banquets held on property. After spending around a month closed for planning and preparation, Table 100 is open and ready for service, implementing many new guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests.

The building has undergone some internal changes which included removing half of the tables in the dining room and converting private rooms into additional dining space. Hand sanitizer pumps have been installed in various places around the restaurant, and all of the menus are now paper and disposed of between guests.

All staff members are required to wear masks the entire time they are in the building and must affirm that they are in good health before starting work. Everything that is reused between customers, such as salt and pepper shakers and condiment bottles, are sanitized after every use.

But how is the atmosphere? It’s still very upbeat, and many are enjoying the dining in experience again. The live piano bar is back, and the servers are ready and happy to give guests the same excellent service as before the Covid-19. For those who are not ready to dine in again quite yet, Table 100 is now offering curbside pickup and catering meals for families or businesses. The website includes a list of options including individual entrees and family packs of each day’s specials which feed four to six people.
