Young Boy Throws Prom for Nanny

Curtis Rogers hadn’t seen his nanny, Rachel Chapman, in two months due to COVID-19. When he found out she would miss out on her senior prom because of the pandemic, he knew he wanted to do something special. He decided to host a mini prom for her.
She visited the family’s home and they maintained social distancing with a long pool noodle. Curtis made sure to match his tie to her dress and share a playlist of her favorite songs they enjoyed in his backyard along with a meal. They ate their favorite after-school snack, peanut butter and apples, as an appetizer. Curtis’ family is very fond of Rachel. It is clear the feeling is mutual. Rachel said she enjoyed herself.
