Kids and Coding
The Jackson Hinds Library System is starting a Kids and Coding program. This entry-level six-week program allows children in grades 2-6 to explore the world of computer coding by programming robots and learning about communicating in computer code. No experience is needed, but the class is limited in size. The first 30 children registering in person at the library will get a seat in the class. Participating kids are expected to attend each class, as the lessons build on the last experience.
This class will be offered at Jackson Hinds Library System branches in the spring and summer. For more information, contact your local library.
