Scott’s Toy Box: Custom Wooden Gifts for Your Favorite Gamer

Scott’s Toy Box: Custom Wooden Gifts for Your Favorite Gamer

I know some people don’t even want to talk about Thanksgiving before Halloween, let alone Christmas. However, Christmas is coming and I feel it is necessary to bring you these great custom gifts for your favorite gamer because you might need some time to save up for them. Although custom gifts are pricey, they are well worth it.

First we have BoardGameTables.com. This website sells custom tables perfect for playing board games as well as having dinner on them. Tables come in several different sizes and have walls so that games sit inside the table and dice don’t roll off onto the floor. Options for the table include the type of wood it’s made from, the color of the stain and the color of the lining of the table. You can also add a topper (so you can convert the table into a normal table), cup holders (to keep your drinks out of the way) and drawers (to store regular gaming pieces). And if a drink does spill on the table, clean up is easy as liquid beads up on top of the lining. Tables are also made out of solid wood and built to last. The tables are a little costly but they can pretty much replace your dining room table and are well worth it. Go to boardgametables.com for more information, sizes and pricing.

Next we have two great websites, Wyrmwood Gaming (wyrmwoodgaming.com) and Dog Might Games (dogmight.com), that both sell wonderful dice towers, dice boxes and card boxes. Wyrmwood Gaming uses all different types of beautiful woods to make their goods and their complete system (a dice vault, dice tray, and dice tower) can be disassembled and easily stored. They even sell deck boxes to store decks of cards with a secret compartment to hide a Bluetooth tracker and many items can have custom words and designs etched into them. Dog Might Games carves your choice of design into their Dragon Sheath, which comes with several different insides for you to store dice, miniatures, and/or pencils, and they have many finishing options that includes vibrate colors. They also have card boxes and stands to hold up your hand when playing card games. Both of these websites offer many choices in their beautiful line of products. Check both of them out at wyrmwoodgaming.com and dogmight.com to see all that they both have to offer.

Lastly we have TheBrokenToken.com. This website offers wooden organizers for your games boxes. These wooden organizers are made for specific board games. Some of them fit inside the box that the game came in, while other kits make a new box to put your game pieces in. The organizers take into account each of the pieces of the game so everything can be sorted so starting games becomes easy. You do have to assemble the organizers but the instructions are easy to read and there are some helpful hints on the website. For a complete list of games and prices check out thebrokentoken.com.
